Are you still looking at the numbers? Do you still think there is life?

The Tampa Bay Rays have 23 games to go, and a lot of bodies to clamber over before this talk of a wild-card berth sounds serious. They have not won more than five in a row all year. Are you still hoping for a hot streak? Are you still dreaming of a post-season? And if so, is it this year?

Or are you ready to call for the autopsy of a season?
