Willie Taggart changed the game Monday.

He made it colder. He made more ruthless. He made more about the bottom line.

When it comes to the USF football program, all of this is good. You might suggest that it is about time. For years now, USF has gotten perpetually smaller, constantly less relevant. The program was a shrinking star, and it was getting dimmer all the time.
