The next coach had better win.
The Tampa Bay Rowdies parted with head coach Thomas Rongen and general manager Farruck Quraishi Thursday night, just hours after losing yet another disappointing soccer match and just hours before facing a big test against Minnesota. It was a jolt to the senses, as the replacing of leadership in the middle of a season often is, but Quraishi had talked often of the hunger of owner Bill Edwards.
