Welcome home, Blake. Yeah, there were days like this, too.

Two-time Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell, who won his first award while with the Rays, came back again Sunday. And, unlike his pitching performance against the Rays a year ago, it was not a friendly reunion.

The Rays, clobbered a day earlier by the Giants, clobbered right back on Sunday in a 9-4 victory. The Rays won their first home series of the season.

The Rays hit four home runs, two of them by Rene Pinto (his first multi-homer game). Amed Rosario and Isaac Paredes also homered. Rosario had three hits on the day.

The Rays jumped on Snell for three runs in the first inning, one in the third and three in the fourth.

The Rays used the opener strategy again. In relief, Tyler Alexander went six innings and gave up two runs.

The Rays are home again tonight at Tropicana Field against the Los Angeles Angels at 7 p.m.
