in general, NFL, Tampa Bay Bucs

#3 Jameis Wilson throwing the ball (1 of 1)Thursday, 6 a.m.

Two men, one of them young, one of them old.

Two men, one of them just starting out, one of them just winding down.

Two men, one catching on, one hanging on.

The thing they have in common is leadership. The thing they have in common is dedication. The thing they have in common is saving their team's bacon.

They are James Winston and Matt Hasselbeck, and while they are men of different eras, playing for different teams, each has a lesson to teach us about playing quarterback in the NFL. It doesn't matter which door a guy comes through to play the position, and it doesn't matter the resume he brings with him. In this league, in this position, all that matters are results.
