The Tampa Bay Rays' offense once again looked like an afterthought in defeat Tuesday afternoon.

For the second time in four days, the Rays squandered a fine pitcher performance and lost a 1-0 game, this time to the Toronto Blue Jays at Tropicana Field.

This time, the Rays flirted
