Welcome back, Brayden Point.

And, as a reminder, that’s what he means to the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Point scored two late goals to lead the Bolts to a comeback win, 3-2 in overtime.

It was Point’s 11th career overtime goal.

“You know what a big part he is,” Lightning coach Jon Cooper said. “He’s got an engine, that kid. He’s got a nose for the net. We’re obviously a lot better team when Point is in the lineup.

Point scored early in the third period, then again at 3:58 of the overtime. Point, who had missed four straight games with an injury, now has 10 goals on the season.

Anthony Cirelli scored the Bolts’ tying goal midway through the third period.

Jesse Puljujarvi and Rickard Rakell had given the Penguins a 2-0 lead halfway through the second period.

Andrei Vasilevskiy stopped 17 of 19 shots for his third straight win.

“These last three games, we’ve played consistently well,” Cooper said. “We’re not shooting ourselves in the foot. We’re giving up zeroes and ones and twos. When you do that, you have a chance. “

The Bolts are at Columbus Thursday night for a 7 p.m. game against the Blue Jackets.
