The final argument for Khaseem Greene was a good one.

So, too, was the last appeal of Kyle Brindza.

Rannell Hall and Adam Humphries were good at closing. So was Keith Tandy. So was Josh Keyes. Especially, so was Tim Jennings.

The Tampa Bay Bucs heard the final arguments for roster spots from their players in Thursday night's 22-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins in a game that was pretty much a battle of future used-car salesmen. Still, it was nice to see a performance of two, wasn't it?

“In the last preseason game you want to see a few players step up and make a case,'' said Lovie Smith.
