Think of it like a poor offensive coordinator. Frankly, the guy is going to need more chess pieces.

Over here is Mike Evans, the guy who has made a thousand-yard season routine. You've got to get a body on Evans, sometimes two or three.

Over there is Chris Godwin. Godwin caught 65 passes in 12 games last year, and it was considered an off year. A guy's going to help covering Godwin, too.
