There remains a bit more fight to the Tampa Bay Lightning than the situation would have led you to believe.
The Bolts, running out of chances after losing two playoff games at home to the Florida Panthers, roared back to take Game Three Saturday in a 5-1 victory. The Bolts remain down in the series, but they have a chance to tie things up again on Monday night.
The Lightning played its best game of the series Saturday, getting a goal from Jake Geuntzel, Brayden Point, Nick Paul, Luke Glendening and Anthony Cirelli. Nikita Kucherov, Gage Goncalves, Guentzel and Ryan McDonaugh all had two assists.
Goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy won his 67th playoff game, stopping 33 of 34 shots.
The Bolts played without suspended forward Brandon Hagel.
The teams play in Sunrise Monday night at 7 p.m. in Game Four.
