It was another time, another team, another season when Calvin de Haan found the net.
Now, 46 games and another team later, de Haan has done it again.
Showoff.
Calvin de Haan made his first goal count Sunday, scoring the winning goal in the Tampa Bay Lightning’s 4-3 victory over Montreal Sunday. The win allowed the Bolts to finish a six-game home state at 4-2.
The Bolts, who lost 5-1 to the Rangers on Saturday night, fell behind 2-0 to the Canadiens. Tampa Bay then scored four straight on goals by Brayden Point (his 17th), Austin Watson (his second), de Haan and Nikita Kucherov, his 26th).
Kucherov now has 61 points on the season.
Backup goaltender Jonas Johansson made 27 saves in winning his first game since November 20.
Team captain Steven Stamkos set a team record by playing in his 1,038th game.
The Bolts are on the road Tuesday night to face the Winnipeg Jets.
