To all fields.

The first task that Dirk Koetter will have as offensive coordinator of the Bucs will be challenging. Right off the bat, Koetter has to squeeze into some awful tiny shoes.

Hoo, boy. Have the coordinators, and the offenses, been underachievers over the years. To put it bluntly, it has been a pointless undertaking.

This is the team of Mike Shula, who once lamented that he hated third and one. This is the team of Clyde Christiansen, who once groused that his team really, really needed more zero and one-
