Throughout his career, no one has brought Art to the game of hockey better than Nikita Kucherov.

And, for the third time, he was won the Art (Ross Trophy).

Kucherov had two goals and an assist Sunday night, giving him 119 points on the season. With   Colorado resting Nathan MacKinnon for the playoffs, it gives the scoring title (represented by the Ross) to Kucherov. He also won the Ross last season and in 2018-19.

Kucherov, with two games left, has 26 goals and 83 assists.

The Bolts trailed 2-1 after one period, giving up two goals in the final  minute. “To be honest, the right team was wining after the first period.”

The Bolts owned the second period, however, scoring four goals to take a commanding lead. They scored twice more in the third.

Kucherov had two goals. So did Jake Guentzel, who has 40 on the season. Also scoring was Ryan McDonaugh, Conor Geekie and Emil Lilleberg. It was Lilleberg’s first goal of his career.

Backup goalie Jonas Johansson won his ninth game of the season, stopping 21 of 25 shots.

The Bolts are home against the Florida Panthers Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. They conclude their regular season Thurday night in New York against the Rangers.
