Florida led only 9-0 In the third period before exploding for 24 straight points.
It was the fourth straight win for Florida.
Tulane played without quarterback Dariean Mensah, who led the Green Wave to a 9-4 season.
D.J. Lagway, who began the season as Florida’s backup, threw for 305 yards and a touchdown.
Florida also got 70 yards rushing from Jaden Baugh and 96 yards receiving from Chimere Dike.
Tulane was held to 194 yards of offense.
The Gators finished 8-5.
