The questions Koetter must answer are defensive

The coach is offensive. The questions are defensive.

It is doubtful that Jason Licht asked Dirk Koetter a lot about his offense this week. Does he want to know what he thinks about Jameis Winston? About Doug Martin? Look at the tapes. Want to know what he would do in a goal-to-go against, say, Washington, well, you have a season's worth of answers. Want to know how he would cure Mike Evans' slippery palms? He couldn't. And so on.

But if you're Licht, what you really want to know about Koetter is how he intends to cure the lame side of the Bucs' football team. How much does he love the Tampa 2, and what tweaks can help. Can he possibly get a little more rush out of his ends? A little more coverage out of his corners? Before anyone would consider making
