Is there value at the seventh spot for Licht, Bucs?

The more you think about it, the more the prospect of trading down makes sense for the Tampa Bay Bucs. 1) The top six seem set with three quarterbacks, Saquon Barkley, Bradley Chubb and Quenton Nelson. 2) According to most mocks, that puts the highest grades on safeties Derwin James and Minkah Fitzpatrick. 3) The Bucs just invested a No. 2 draft pick in a safety a year ago. 4) They lack a No. 3 draft pick. That means that could move backward a few slots, maybe still get a defensive back, and recoup their No. 3 pick.
-- I see where Martellus Bennett said that "Willie Wonka is like my Michael Jordan." I suppose that makes Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman his Umpa Loopahs.

-- When Joe Thomas was trying to grow into an offensive tackle, he said he'd take a whole loaf of bread and make it into peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. -- Michael Bennett, one who got away, is being investigated for shoving a 66-year paraplegic woman to the ground so he could rush the field at the Super Bowl. Gee. How proud must the Eagles feel?
-- The Eagles, by the way, have just introduced a proposal to make opposing offensive lines start 66-year-old women paraplegics at left tackle.
-- I like Geno Auriemma, but do you think he ever gets tired of winning battles against generals with no armies?
-- In their search for a backup quarterback, the Dolphins have gone from Jay Cutler to Brock Osweiler. In the trade, this is known as "trading up."
-- But not by much.
-- It isn't too much to ask that next year's Bucs pay the price. Not considering how much the team will be paid. Of course, the Bucs could lose some of these salaries, but right now, six players are scheduled to make more than $10,000,000, eight will make from $5,000,000 to $9.999,999. and six from $2,500,000 to $4,999,999. Remember, the franchise itself cost only $16,000,000.
-- Johnny Manziel says he's tired of the comparisons to Colin Kaepernick, but isn't in inevitable? Kaepernick has led a nation to think. Manziel has led his to drink.
-- I find it amusing that my buddies at the Orlando Sentinel are arm-wrestling over who should be on the Orlando Magic's all-time Mount Rushmore? Mount Rushmore? The Magic don't deserve a speed bump.
-- Speaking of Orlando, the talk continues about the Knights mythical "national championship" from a year ago. I thought that would have ended when the team had its parade, riding through the streets of Narnia on their unicorns while Hobbits cheered.
-- If the late Wayne Huizenga isn't returned to the earth on time, will there be a late charge?
-- Bleacher Report says that the Raiders signing of Doug Martin could end up being one of the duds of the off-season. Which, of course, would keep Martin's streak alive.
-- Quick quiz: The Tampa Bay Bucs' players most likely to appear in Bill Polian's new spring league: 1) Roberto Aguayo; 2. Vernon Hargreaves; 3. Doug Martin; 4. Josh Freeman.
-- Okay, guys. Acknowledging that you're smarter than I am, who do you like in the draft if the Bucs stay put? Minkah Fitzpatrick or Derwin James?
-- A shame to see the Braves cut Scott Kazmir, but give Kaz credit. He pitched for about four years after he was done.
