The most important individual for the success of any franchise is its head coach.

He is the face of the organization. His influence will have more bearing on the direction of the organization’s than any.

To be a head coach is very challenging and demanding. Few can do it, as history shows 75% of them are fired in 3 years or less. They have to be intelligent, communicators, teachers, poised with great resolve, and have be able to motivate and sometimes are in unthinkable conditions. No easy task regardless of what your background is. There is no real profile for a head football coach. It can begin anywhere. There is no blue print for a job description, other than “Just Win, Baby."
