The puck was going into the net. The lamp was going to light.

There was no way around it. Ben Bishop was behind the goal, and the puck was in front, and the Rangers were about to tie the game in the second period of Monday night's game.

From there, the game was anybody's.

And then Victor Hedman came sliding across the crease to deny James Sheppard.
