Is it better to be ahead?

Or is it better to look unstoppable?

For the Tampa Bay Lightning, that is the issue. They lead Montreal 3-2, and while they have been outplayed in three straight games, they are still one game

I go with mo-mentum every time. You look at many of the champion teams in the major sports and more than occasionally, the team that puts it all together before and into the playoffs ends up holding the cup, prize, whatever. The Lightening has really not played like a championship team for at least 2 months–they limped into the playoffs and there is no consistency or aggression except on rare occasions. I think they are toast but I hope I’m wrong.
