Jameis Winston is young, even for a rookie. He is immature. He will be surrounded by a lot of ordinary. He is coming off a season when he didn't take enough care of the ball. He has a tendency to force things. He's made his own distractions a few times.
So how does a franchise get him from here to the Pro Bowl?
