They have the coordinates of the Devils' Triangle all wrong.

In reality, it has nothing to do with Bermuda. The real lost souls come somewhere west, somewhere above landfall. It starts in Tampa, and it stretches across Florida to Jacksonville. From there, it juts down to the Southern Tip, to Miami.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is where pro football goes to die.

In Florida.

For goodness sakes, Dan Marino played here. And Lee Roy Selmon and Derrick Brooks and Warren Sapp and Bob Griese and Larry Csonka and Jim Langer and Tony Boselli and Jimmy Smith and Maurice Jones-Drew. Don Shula coached here.

So why can't anyone in this state play pro football anymore?
