Ben Bishop is not the face of the Lightning. He is playing at possibly his best right now but he will need team support to beat the Blackhawks! He can not be expected to carry this team on his back. I hope he will have several shut outs in this series! All we need is four!

The Bolts made it to the Stanley Cup final. I reject the question as patently absurd.

I trust him as long as the guys in front of him are blocking shots–I’m not confident he can “steal” a game for us. But the jury is out on him, even if the Lightning hoist the Cup. He’s still too green and inconsistent to make a final judgement. Anyway, how old was Khabby in 2004 and how many years under his belt did he have. The Lightning will have to win 2 Cups before we anoint Bishop as in the elite. Lots of also-ran goalies have their names on the Cup.
