The Bucs have drafted four quarterbacks in the first round: Doug Williams, Vinny Testaverde, Trent Dilfer and Josh Freeman. History tells us that during the first season after these picks, the Bucs had an average of 4.5 wins. They had an average of eight  wins in Year 2 after

You’re one of the first media-folk who I agree with regarding the areas that the Rays to investigate for a future home. It’s about time MLB kicked out the NYY’s minor league team from the Rays’ territory and sell the land to the Rays for their use. Of course Sternberg will want all the dollars from parking, and I believe that either belongs to TSA or the Glazers. The same can be said about parking around Channelside (Vinik). Just seems like the two best areas are already spoken for. The Fairgrounds has the right infrastructure (highways) to put a team but it’s starting to get too far from Pinellas County out there – but will benefit from Lakeland and possibly Orlando.

I agree that the field itself is one of the best in the NFL. The stadium looks great and the Pirate Ship and cannon makes it fun. True, Aaron Rodgers has issues with the grass there but he afford the best……. nevermind.
As for the Jumbotron, I heard it was going to be updated for the National Championship Game for college football….. in 2017. Yeah, time flies and all that but I think Buccaneer fans deserve better and better sooner. But you’re right Gary, WHAT highlights? LOL NOTHING more irritating than showing the “drive of the game in the third quarter, usually ending in a FG while losing 28-3. Whoop dee do.

I love the drive of the game. The other team can have six 90 yard drives, and the Bucs are shown charging toward a 52-yard field goal. Hah. Isn’t it amazing that after all these defeats, the other team has never had the best drive?
