During their longest, most bitter off-season, members of the Tampa Bay Lightning will have some polishing to do.
It might feel empty, but when the NHL announced their season winners their major awards Wednesday night, there was plenty of Lightning representation. It won't make the season more memorable, but it is at least something.
-- Nikita Kucherov won the Hart Trophy (MVP), the Ross (leading scorer) and the Ted Lindsay (NHLPA MVP). Kucherov took 164 of 171 first place votes. Other Lightning players in the MVP voting included Steven Stamkos (14th), Brayden Point (21st) and Andre Vasilevskiy (tied for 22nd).

-- Andre Vasilevskiy won the Vezina Trophy (goaltender) by getting 28 of the 31 first-place votes. Former Lightning player Ben Bishop finished second.
-- Lightning coach Jon Cooper finished second in the Jack Adams award to winner Barry Trotz of the Islanders.
--Victor Hedman finished third in the Norris Award (best defenseman).
-- Anthony Cerilli was fifth in the Calder Award (best rookie).
-- Point was ninth in the Selke Award (best defensive forward).
