Jerry Angelo is a former personnel director for the Bucs and former general manager of the Bears. Each week, Angelo answers your questions regarding the NFL. Send your questions to GarySheltonsports@gmail.com with "ask the expert'' in the subject line. The most interesting question will be selected.

There are some nice young players in the league. But which of them — Winston, Mariota, Gurley, Freeman — would get your vote for rookie of the year?

Right now I’d go with Winston. Without him, the Bucs would be looking very similar to last year’s team.

Winston has made a big difference, not only to their offense, but to their team. No rookie has impacted his team better than him.
